Zachary Maritime Consulting Services (Domus Consilium, LLC) provides consulting services for the movement of goods through a port, maritime or rail intermodal terminal with emphasis on the planning and operational aspects for all modes of transportation. This includes the legislative and environmental incentives and constraints associated with our work with MPOs, Ports, State DOTs, shippers, terminal operators, carriers and Logistics Service Providers where freight planning issues and the “greening of the supply chain” can make or break the economic benefits of a regional or global supply chain. We also specialize in the operational and cost implications to the shipper from route and modal selection to security and environmental issues affecting reliability, cost and velocity of the supply chain.
